Whew - we have been busy the last couple of weeks with Science Camp and have also been chasing two crazy Golden puppies all over Camp Honey Creek. You can see that Putter (blue collar) & Gussie (red collar) are growing like weeds. They are doing great and loving Camp and almost have us all trained. You might imagine they are already spoiled and will do just about anything for a treat ~ Nurse Liz will be happy! They are sweet girls and we are so happy we have them in our family.
Science Camp was great with two weeks of astronomy, hiking and learning about nature and water. Now we are working on the yearbook and Schmitt is doing the DVD from the summer. Schmitt and Nicia will attend Morgan McBee's wedding tomorrow in Big Spring and that should be a big time with lots of Camp girls in attendance.
Fall is in the air, the trees are turning and before we know it, Thanksgiving will be here. Look below the photos for some updates from some of our campers. Let us hear from you.

Grace Langston has TONS of homework and still adjusting to school. A few weeks ago she spent some time with Grace Stephenson when she came to Austin and they had a great time laughing and remembering the summer. Grace L. is in choir and having a blast and singing lots of fun songs. Grace reports that Mae loves 3rd grade and they both love "News from the Creek."
Mollie Dean reports that school is going well and trying to make it through Chemistry. She is working hard for her sorority and stays busy with that.
Elisa Schmitt received an award for being a great McMeans Bobcat for her behavior at school. Way to go Elisa!
Kathryn Schmitt is also doing great in school and will be driving soon! Yikes
Sarah Schmitt stays busy with cheerleading and various competitions and had a wonderful birthday celebration recently.
