We had a WONDERFUL Opening Day on Friday. Since we normally open on Wednesday we have made some adjustments to our schedule so the 1A campers can have as many days as possible. We actually had our Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday classes today so we wouldn't miss a day. This afternoon the officers are getting the tribe hills ready for the Princess ceremony tonight. All the girls will go on their respective hills where the new campers will receive their tribe scarves. We will then gather on the waterfront for some words of wisdom from the Princess. Tomorrow we will have classes and Big and Little sister Rally for the evening program. Saturday, June 13th we will have Tribe Shows which will begin at 9:00 pm. Parents are welcome to attend this activity and the 1A campers will go home on Sunday, June 14th around noon. The days are flying by ~ we have wonderful counselors and happy campers ~ what could be better than that?
