Yesterday was picture day, flag raising and church. Everyone was also excited about the first Free Swim after Rest Period. We were supposed to have a movie, but Mother Nature had other plans. We had a wild and crazy storm with lots of wind and rain. To add to the excitement, we lost electricity all over Camp until 2:00 am. Everyone stayed in their cabins and played games by flashlight and went to bed early. All the girls learned how very important electricity is as they had to get ready for bed and brush their teeth by flashlight. Tonight we have Rock Star and there's nothing like a bunch of girls with a microphone and a stage. Making memories here at Camp Honey Creek every single day!
